We recommend that they have individual smartphones / tablets, This makes the task of taking and sharing the readings simpler.

A smartphone or a tablet is required to use our famhealth™ App.

All data collected is stored on our secure cloud based server. We are compliant with HIPAA, GDPR and Indian data privacy laws and do not share any data.

Yes. They can continue to use the familyprohealth solution as long as they take the medical devices with them and their smartphones or tablets have internet connectivity.

Beneficiaries can take the readings as per the schedule. The readings will be transmitted to the subscribers as soon as the beneficiaries’ smartphone / tablet is able to connect to a network (wi-fi or cellular).

There is no time lag if both, beneficiary’s & subscriber’s, smartphone / tablet is connected to internet.

The recommended distance for Bluetooth connectivity between devices is 10 feet in the same room.

2 beneficiaries are supported in the subscription plan. Additional 2 beneficiaries can be added at an extra cost.

The medical devices are yours to keep even if you decide not to continue with our familyprohealth subscription.

We keep medical data on your account for a period of 3 months after you cancel. If you re-subscribe within that period then you will be able to continue viewing your old data.
