About Solution

The app (Android and iOS) and website can be used to take care of elders (beneficiaries) by monitoring their health vitals. The beneficiaries can share the readings with the family and caregivers(dependents).

Persona 1: Users

This is anyone who has downloaded our app and is using our solution. This can be considered as a superset including everyone in the solution below.

Persona 2: Subscribers

This is anyone who has subscribed to the solution and is the one making our payments. He has the ability to select the beneficiaries and family members on the portal. He can assign two beneficiaries or more beneficiaries.

Persona 3: Beneficiaries

This is anyone who is going to take the readings. – in most cases this will be parents; but the subscriber can decide who else can be a beneficiary. As an example, a subscriber can decide to nominate his uncle/aunt as beneficiaries as well.

Persona 4: Family members

This is anyone who the subscriber would like to share the readings of beneficiary with. Typically this can be brothers, sisters, close friends etc. Care takers and healthcare personnel can be nominated as family members if subscriber wishes to share readings with them. Please note that Subscribers can nominate anyone and any number of family members as part of their plan – however, the beneficiaries have to approve if they are ok to have their readings shared with the nominated family members. This is required from data privacy laws perspective.

familyprohealth solution comes with the standard threshold limits for all the parameters. These thresholds can be modified by the subscriber for each beneficiary. If the threshold reading is exceeded, then an alert goes out to the subscriber so they can decide to take appropriate actions on it.
Yes. You can use your current devices as long as they have an electronic display of the readings. Our AI powered BYOD solution is able to read displays from almost all manufacturers with greater than 95% accuracy. Currently, we recommend devices from current manufacturers:

Yes. We are continuously trying to ensure that our AI based solution is able to read from all commercially available devices.
Our SMART Health Monitoring solution works globally giving you the ability to monitor their health wherever they are. However, our SMART Eldercare solution only works if your parents are currently in India.
Yes, you can subscribe to the SMART Health Monitoring solution and monitor the health of your parents wherever they are. For our SMART Eldercare solution, the beneficiary have to be present in India.
  • Beneficiaries can take the readings as per the schedule prescribed for them or at their earliest convenience in case they miss taking the readings as per their schedule
  • The readings will be transmitted to the subscribers and their designated people as soon as the beneficiaries cellphone is able to connect to a network (wi-fi or cellular)
  • The subscriber has the ability to decide who to share the readings with. The beneficiary has to provide their approval for sharing their readings when they login for the first time and each time a new person is added for their reading to be shared
    We recommend that they have individual cellphones. This makes the task of taking and sharing the reading simpler.
  • Yes, as a subscriber, you can designate any agency or person to be able to view/receive the beneficiary readings.
  • The beneficiaries need to provide their consent before the readings can be shared/sent to the agency or person.
  • Subscriber can make changes to the names and contact details of the designated agency or people anytime
  • Sorry. Our solution only works if the subsribers and beneficiaries have smart phones, tablets or ipad. These need to be having Android or IoS operating systems.
    Your data is safe with us. We are HIPAA-cloud, GDPR and compliant with the Indian data privacy laws and do not share your data with anyone without taking your approval first.
  • We suggest someone in the family help them download the app and set up their account for the first time. Once this is done, our app is very user friendly and we are sure they will be able to use it.
  • We are currently working on providing some local support for such cases. Please reach out to us on 1-833-776-4584 and we will try to help. Thanks.
  • Beneficiaries can take the readings as per the schedule. The readings will be transmitted to the subscribers as soon as the beneficiaries’ smartphone / tablet is able to connect to a network (wi-fi or cellular).
  • If the beneficiary cellphone is connected to cellphone or wi-fi network, then the readings are transmitted immediately and you should receive these within a few minutes.
  • However, if the beneficiary cellphone is not connected at the time of taking the reading then the subscriber will receive the reading whenever the beneficiaries cellphone is able to connect to a network.
  • Our solution has the ability to transmit the readings to whomsoever the subscriber and beneficiary choose to inform about the beneficiary readings.
  • If the readings show an imminent danger (for example the readings are very high or low than the prescribed range), then the solution does have a feature of sending an alert to the relevant person, agency or authorities. This setting is under the control of subscriber and beneficiary.
  • Please note that Familyprohealth is a data provider and is not liable for any missed alerts or readings as mentioned in our terms and conditions.
    • Yes. They can continue to use the solution as long as their cellphone has internet connectivity
    • Before the travel, they will need to agree to the terms and conditions with regards to the data privacy policies mandated by the country they are visiting on our website
    No problem. Please take the reading at your next earliest convenience and it will be recorded.

    Subscribers and Beneficiaries

    2 beneficiaries are supported in the subscription plan. Additional 2 beneficiaries can be added at an extra cost.
    Yes. The beneficiaries can share the medical devices
    Yes. We recommend that all beneficiaries have their individual mobile phone or tablets with Famhealth™ app downloaded on these devices.

    About billing

    Yes. You can subscribe to this solution as long as your credit card issuer bank has allowed international transactions to be done on your credit card. Please check with your bank regarding this.
    You can cancel the subscription at anytime; your subscription will run till the end of the monthly cycle.
    We keep your medical data for a period of six months after you cancel. Should you decide to join within that period then you will be able to view your old data as well. However, if you rejoin after this period then the data will be lost as we delete the data after six months.
